Plaza Garden Moscow WTC Hotel

+ Thank you for the wonderful stay! The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was smiling and professional. I especially loved the room on the 13th floor with the beautiful view, it made my experience unforgettable. I will definitely return and highly recommend your hotel!

+ The staff was welcoming and helpful, assisting me with event bookings. The room had a fantastic view.

− The hotel's Wi-Fi was unreliable. not easy for drivers to navigate to the hotel. The furniture was outdated.

+ A very beautiful view overlooking the Moskva River It has all services and is clean

− Some of the female receptionists are unhelpful and refuse to help, especially when I am a tourist. I ask for assistance in booking activities and events due to the difficulty of communicating linguistically with the activity places. They refuse this on the grounds that it is not one of their assigned tasks and that the employee in charge is on vacation and they can only book a restaurant. When requesting a restaurant reservation, they call once and then apologize for not answering. They do not try to answer calls and are not smiling or polite. I will not repeat this hotel due to the lack of cheerfulness and cooperation from some of the reception staff.

− there is no 5 star facility. everything is available at extra cost. price just for stay in Room. even furniture also broken, in reception not get any welcome . no value for money at all. I book for three nights and i cancel my booking after one night and shifted to another hotel. this is not the 5 star property.

− No coffee machine in the rooms. Just a kettle and instant coffee.

+ The hotel is well located and the service is very good. Moreover, the staffs are very kind and cooperative.

+ It’s in Moscow city next to the river ! The towers are not far from it ! Has a great view ! The staff is good and friendly!

− They should put a microwave service for guests maybe on the second floor where they have a gym they can also put a room with microwave water dispenser and a tv . Or water dispensers on each floor, two bottles (500ml) a day are not enough !

− The food is not varied and very limited. Most of it is bread. There is no rice, soup or grains. The best food is mostly sweet, and dinner is considered a snack, not dinner, and the cooking is not good enough. If they change their meals and their cooking, it may be good and they give you a room other than the one you booked on the site under the pretext of crowding and the location is far from the Red Square or There are buses that go there for their high price, and there are supposed to be free buses that take you and drop you and bring you back, like Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The employees are psychologically arrogant, as if I was coming to her house. The level of cleanliness is not good
