Novotel Moscow Center Hotel

− The hotel’s service was extremely disappointing. During check-in, we were assisted by a staff member named Sergey. His manner of speaking and attitude made us feel very uncomfortable, and I have never encountered such rudeness from hotel personnel. He appeared unresponsive and unhelpful, which is unacceptable, especially when we arrived at 1 a.m. as a small family with a 2-year-old child. Proper customer service training is urgently needed. Additionally, the rooms are outdated, with old furniture and stained bed sheets and chairs. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. While the area itself is lovely, it’s better to explore other hotel options nearby. And PLEASE NOTE THEY DONT PROVIDE THE ADAPTER FOR A CHARGER, and they are considered as 4 star hotel. This is strange

− 1. The room interior could benefit from a refresh, especially when compared to other Novotel properties in the city. 2. The hotel did not provide the required registration for foreign guests, insisting on proof of previous registrations (we were awaiting paper confirmation for the last two days of our stay)—which, to my knowledge, is not a standard requirement and has never been requested at other hotels. This issue nearly led to our stay being denied.

+ Great hotel overall. Comfortable and clean room. Great location in the center. Safe area. Near shops, restaurants, cafes, banks. Excellent service in everything. Staff ready to help with anything. Good, free Wi Fi. Large, Flat Screen TV

− standard room given was basic the kids sofa bed was very uncomfortable for 2 kids and very poor hospitality of staff at reception , the lobby toilet was also stinking of men's section

+ After A Day or two After Leaving The Hotel, i realised that I forgot my baby blanket. I immediately Called The Hotel and a very kind staff member named Nolan had kept it safely for me. I am very Thank Full For that staff member since it was very vauluble to Me. Nolanwas one of the very best staff members, i feel like he should be highly appreciated by his collegues. Over all the one of the best hotel service in my experience.

− After the first night we notice shower gel are empty so we ask front desk for 3 times once a day to refill it but still don't refill that even trash are not take out as person who also work in hotel industries this is below 3 star hotel standard Wifi also not friendly to foreigners we expect more from name Novotel

− They were very rude, we took one of the cookies from the lobby on the way to our room, they made us leave the cookie by scolding us that it was only for children, we were shocked ... it was so funny its just a piece of cookie.. . No one can be so rude to their guests, everything has its style. We asked the change office and they said they were all closed today. We found it 15 minutes away. A staff member who doesn't know her own country yet ... What can one say?

+ Reception Team was very helpfull. At the Restaurant I think her name was Natalia hostess very active and always care about guests.

− There is no concierge. Nobody is helping for the luggage. Housekeeping cleaned my room 1208 ( stays 19-21 November 2023) Nazarova ) but they put same towels and same bedsheets. Toilet is soo smelling. I have seems review about voice can hear very clear but I couldn’t expect that much. I couldn’t sleep Bcz of my neighbors.1212 room I think

+ On top of the metro station, several cafes and restaurants nearby. The higher floors have a good view. That staff is very helpful. I anjoyes my stay, the top roof view is very pleasent, I wish the Cafe on the rood was working.

− The furniture is a bit outdated. No electricity plugs near the bed

+ Very friendly and helpful stuff. I have disability and some difficulties to walk. Everybody in hotel helped me and answer all my questions. Thanks to everybody for your help and kind attention. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and everybody.
