Hitrovka Hotel

+ Room was comfortable with its own Split AC/Heat. View was awesome, bed was ok, pillows we’d good and sheets were good. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Dinner was good but a little pricey but what isn’t now days. Breakfast was ok…have had better for sure.

+ Good position right in the city center and relatively close to metro station, lovely terrace and bar for cozy evenings

+ Staffs are very nice!!! They are friendly and help us about registration to the immigration a lot. Location is not far from Kitay-gorod station. Good environment.

− This hotel has elevator but the room is on the downstairs so we’ve still carried our luggages down one floor.

+ Friendly staff. I does not have enough Russian Rubles when I reached hotel, I was planning to leave my bulky luggage in hotel and go out for exchange. The friendly receptionist Magarita told me it's Sunday, so most of the money changer are closed and I may pay the money once I get exchange the next day. I really feel so touched and heartwarming that she trusted me.

+ Room is clean, and the service is good and hospitality, specailly the front desk. Great location!

− The room was not the one in the picture, but much worse. When I commented on this matter the answer from the staff was "It's a different category" - So, why do you use a different category picture for my booking? Clearly purposely misleading.

+ Great location and price. Also, Vladmir/William is super friendly and helpful and his English is top-notch.

− It's above a night club. Even if you're at the top floor, you'll still hear the bass a bit. Not just on weeknights, but every day of the week. It's unfortunate, because it's the only downside to this hotel. Also, not that it matters, but the security guys downstairs have basically zero personality.
