+ The staff is very nice and patient , help me check in and call taxi, the room is good, the location is very close to centre of the city, price is acceptable.

+ Very friendly elegant hotel. For no extra mpney hotel gives you tea ans coffe with a kettle in a room, tooth brush and a paste, cotton pads, cotton sticks for the ears, a few robes, bottles of water and even special napkins to clean the shoes. The hotel is located in the center of the city. All the great theaters , art galleries and famous places located very close The best breakfasts I ever had in a hotel The mattress wasn't comfortable for us - too soft. Otherwise very nice Very clean Amazing service, very nice people.

− One of the elevators didn't work normally for the days we stayed there.

− The receptionist is not friendly at all. We need to ask for the wifi for ourself and we need to figure out ourself where is the breakfast place. Before check in we leave our luggage there to ask them to keep because we are early,after we come back at 2pm to check in, they didn’t bring our luggage to our room or inform us to take our luggage by ourself,we need to go to the receptionist about our luggage. Basically,i feel like this is not a hotel,it’s more to self service hotel/ airbnb.

+ The towels are outdated, the mattress are so so. The hotel is a 2-star. The only good thing is it’s location. Breakfast is ok. Some stuff seem to be a bit snobby. The room that was booked and offered initially was not the same. Then, they changed it, but the size was not of a supreme, still small. The water and tooth brush was not provided in the second day of stay. Only stayed there because of the location.

− The size of a room, the shower had was old, mattresses were ok.

+ The hotel is 3* but cleanness is too low. The dishes have been laid at the ground during my stay.

− I was not reservation on -1 floor, but they gave me the number in -1 flat:( On the room have no slipper, we asked again from the reception. I ordered separate bed, but they gave us unified (combine) one :(

+ It was really close to the city centre, clean and quiet.

− Breakfast was nothing special.
