+ Room was good. Nearby metro station 10 minutes walk.

− Registration was slow. Outside the corridor there was unpleasant smell. There was no kettle inside the room but outside.

− They should provide water kettle in room because it’s very inconvenient to go out to get hot water for tea and coffee. :(((

− They should provide water kettle for tea and coffee almost all 3 starts hotels are providing. It’s uncomfortable to go to get hot water in common room.

− We stayed in the hotel for more than a week. There was one time of cleaning only. Laundry was not working for the last days. Room service is awful. I ordered food at 2.02 pm and they said the waiting time is 50 mins but after even 4 hours no one brought anything and they just started ignoring the calls. Stuff is very rude, whoever we were talking over the phone was mean and rude, like I came to their house. Very disappointed

− My tv in the room didn’t work , and I didn’t know how to use wifi It needed registration which I couldn’t do it with my foreign , although there was a drinking water in the hall but even one star hotels have bottle water or a kettle with tea bags in the room so lack of them is not a good sign of respecting costumer .

− Terrible hotel. The hotel staff cannot understand human language. There is no electric kettle and shampoo in the room. Our reservation at zenhotels was extended for one more night before our first check in. But when we checked in, we were told we needed to check in twice and change rooms in between two days. When we sent evisa to the hotel email as requested, Hara at the front desk kept saying that the email was not received. After checking in, we were stopped by the doorman again. He insisted that we put our key cards in the mailbox where they were placed after check out. We used a translator to tell him we were checking in, not checking out. He stopped us and insisted that we go to the reception; he wouldn't let us into the elevator. When we tried to go to the room we found that there was no electric kettle in the room so we went to the front desk to borrow a kettle. Hara at the front desk asked us to send the evisa to the hotel email again, so we had to send it again. After sending it, she told us that the hotel did not have a hot water kettle. When registering the extension order, we sent the third evisa email. When communicating with us, the service staff just repeated the same sentence and asked us to send an evisa. There was a language barrier between us and the front desk. We tried to resolve the issue by using translation software to communicate with the front desk, but your hotel staff never made any effort to overcome the language barrier. If we don't build a translation program and give it to them, they won't even want to talk to us with their heads down, they just repeated Russian to us and wrote on paper in Russian. It was the penultimate day of our trip when we checked into the hotel, and we had never encountered such communication difficulties during our previous trips.

+ The room is very clean, but it would be better to have a boiler in the room instead of buying water from outside. The service is good, but it would be convenient to have a water boiler in the room.

− swimming pool was not working , and buffet in one restaurant of 450 rubles i dont remember name it was on 1st floor was waste of money

− The pictures here are not like the reality, there is a big difference, and the employees there are not friendly, as if I will live at their expense

− I dislike the quality of food. Also, the worker from reception gave us incorrect info. The key card from room didn't work well.
