+ Nice location, reasonable price, good size of the room.

− The bathroom had to be renovated, as there were some traces of mould around the bathtub.

+ Before booking, I saw the pictures and the location.

− No clue how it’s a 4 star hotel! It looked like a hostel at the centre, very small reception with old stuff. If they are taking the money for the location, that’s a different case, but not worth it at all. Better take a hotel a couple kilometres away and come to centre by taxi. It will save you more money and give you a thousand time better experience. It’s in the 4th floor with no lift + metal, narrow staircase which is very uncomfortable to climb up. The breakfast is like you go to university canteen and take a comb food. They are not ready to come to a deal for your comfort once you pay. In short, if you are up to pay the big amount for the location, you can go for that. But if you want to get a good hotel experience with the amount of money you pay, it will not meet your expectations at all.

+ The location of the hotel is very good. It is only about 1 km away from the Red Square on foot, and it is still downhill. An afternoon walk is very relaxing. The hotel will deliver the breakfast to the room at the specified time according to the breakfast pre-selected by the guest. Delicate and beautiful, can give people a good mood for the day. Make travel more fulfilling. Rooms, clean and tidy. Sophisticated and tasteful. Hotels are a big part of why I love Moscow. Clean and tidy, every day when you come back to the room, it will be cleaned carefully. Believe me, it can bring relaxation to your mind after a tiring day. The young lady at the front desk of the hotel is very gentle. A smile warms the heart.

− Mattress and bed were terrible and very uncomfortable. The floor was not entirely clean (found some hair too). There was a very bad small coming from the bathroom.
