+ Well located hotel not in 1,5 km from the La Mer beach Nice and tasty food, amazing coffee! Comfortable bed, large room The best staff insured the best cleanliness in my room and nice service when I had breakfast Polite staff, nice guys! Thanks to all Idis Jumeira Team!
+ Location to the beach affordable by bus
− When i was check-in on reception i was told my room included two single beds, but in my booking its clearly said double bed room. Finally the guy on reception was so nice that provided me the double bed room (as he said for free) but for which i actually paid. Everything is great but please don’t confuse people.

− I asked the hotel person who came to the room after my complaint, he said he cannot change the sheets because it is not dirt. He said they use third party cleaner and it is not dirt, it is only washing stain… I requested a one double bed. They gave me a two single bed. They said my booking is only for single beds. Then I opened the application I showed my booking, which doesn’t say single bed but only variety of be, also in the pictures shown on the app it is double bed. After showing my booking then receptionist said they only can join the two beds.
+ The hotel is located near to Jumeirah Beach. The beach is within walking distance. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby which makes the stay convenient.
− No value if being a regular customer at their property, maintenance in the hotel is taking place without considering the time and people comfort.
− Slow WiFi , limited support for rooms services ( water , Nescafe ) employees always mad dont know why.
