− Smell of cigarettes in the room. Furniture, curpet and everything else is old and used a lot.

+ Staffs are good and polite! Location is good

+ Great location for Business trips around major international companies (Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Visa, Dell EMC, etc) Breakfast is always fresh and delicious Staff is very friendly, welcoming and understanding. You just need to ask to get an immediate approval for late checkouts for example.

+ 3 minute walking distance to the Business Towers, Internet City and 5 minute walk to the Metro. The receptionists are very nice, welcoming and helpful. A gentleman by the name of Hazem was very helpful and always smiling and made sure my stay was a pleasant one.

+ Good breakfast, clean beds and restrooms, friendly staff, parking included, good location.

− Dirty floor in the room, old (but suitable) furniture.

− Not much for kids.
