− -Entrance of the building -Dark staircase especially at night. -Small elevator (max 2 people at a time) -Breakfast the same every day and can't be modified.

− Despite the hotel located in the 6th floor, is very elegant and clean, entrance downstairs is not inviting, the staircase is dark especially at night and the elevator is very small (take 2 people at a time). You have to order the breakfast the night before and it is the same menu.

+ Even though communication was difficult as the staff don’t speak English (we conversed using Translate in iPhone). They provided excellent service. We’re very happy staying there.

+ Staff very helpful, hotel was nice and clean. There is heating floor in toilet, so comfy my feet after the long day. They provide free tea and coffee for whole day. In room amenities has everything you need. The location very close to metro 2line. Supermarket next door both left and right.

+ Beautiful hotel, the room was modern, and quite new. Room space was perfect, and very well designed. Receptionists are super helful and super nice. I received help from Alexander with my luggage from the bottom of the hotel all the way to the room. Not only that, prior to arriving to the hotel, I could't find the hotel and I ended up 1 kilometer away from it. I called the reception asking for help on how to find the hotel and they sent Alexander to my location. Alexander not only went to pick me up, he also paid for Taxi. Indeed Alexander works at the hotel. I ended up receiving the most wonderful service from this receptionist at this hotel. Because of it, I highly recommend this place. Also don't forget about the location of this hotel. The location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants, bars, clubs, convenience stores, pharmacies and also near train stations and more. All within walking distance. Next time Im back to Moscow, this hotel will definitely be where I will stay.

− Hard to spot the hotel main door entrance from the street. Taxi will drop you off by the hotel but will not be able to spot the entrance. The only sign for this hotel is a small sign posted by the door that is only visible if walking by it.
