+ Located not bad in Neva tower. just need to walk little(10min) to subway. Cleanliness was ok
− As I'm foreigner this building one guy receptionist was not kind. because I didn't know Russian language. The room was different from the picture. The bed was supported by thin wood and was very weak and easily broken. I used the spa room, but was shocked that there was no separate shower room in bathroom. I think I will not book here more. similar prices other room was better in Neva tower.
