+ hostel people very good friendly one receptionist girl good good loction

− no change bed sheets upper beds are very strange once you change the hostel thay are not given again thay wantedly not given you

+ The place is located centrally & accessible to red square by walk, you have major super markets & restaurants

− The care takers were very rude, while we were searching for the location, she just didn’t bother to guide, rather just sent the address There are couple of inmates who are staying there for a long time n clearly they want to rule the place, they don’t want any noise or obstacles on the way, While the rule book said baggage can be stored from 6am to 9pm on date of checkout, the care taker was not letting us to store buying 12pm just for 1 hr, while another Russian friend in hostel tried helping us, she asked her to shut up & not help us !! Though the place is ok, with attitude of care takers, its definitely a NO GO Place

− Reception was a bit sketchy requesting to hold your documents for “processing”

− Location and scary hostel Hostel looks scary and dirty

+ Localization, quality of room

− The reception is always without the worker, sometimes we should call to them to attend us.

+ The location is very good, you can walk to Red Square

− The facilities are complete, but the rooms are very small, and the men are very annoying.It would be nice if there were gender-specific rooms.

+ It's very convenient and walked 10mins to red square. The lady is nice and helpful. They give the registration paper to you. I like this place a lot.

+ Everything is very clean and comfortable.

− The communication is not good, because they’re not prepared to receive foreigns, because they’re not talk in English. Also, if I’m tourist and don’t have Russian registration I cannot do reservation, so the hostel is only for Russians? Doesn’t make any sense.

+ Hotel is located amazingly in the center of Moscow Hotel is super clean by the amazing staff Staff was kind, polite and certain

+ Good location. The facility was very clean. The stuff was very polite and helpful. Everything was good.

+ Very good youth hostel, very close to the Red Square, convenient transportation, good service from the owner, I will come again next time I come to Moscow great very clean The boss has a good attitude
