Revival Hotel

+ I liked the location as it was close to the Red Square, which was very convenient. I also appreciated the attitude of the hotel manager, Aya — she was always willing to help and very kind, even though there wasn’t much she could do about the issues.

− To the Hotel Management, I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, which did not meet expectations and was not as presented on the website. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that greatly affected the comfort and well-being of myself and my family, especially my children, including: Poor cleanliness in the rooms and facilities. Daily interruptions of electricity and water, which caused us a great deal of inconvenience and discomfort. The images and information shown on the website are not a true reflection of the actual conditions, and were misleading when I made my booking, thinking it was a suitable place for families. I kindly ask that you take these comments seriously and work on improving the quality of your services to better match what is advertised, in order to prevent other guests from going through the same negative experience. + 1. Location is one of the beat. Close to most of Moscow activities. 2 Staff l are super polite and friendly “Specially, the girl in the reception, she is awesome” 3. A/C 4. Area is very very quiet after 9 pm “unless neighbours set outside”

− 1. Bathroom way smaller than you imagine 2. They need to invest more in cleaning the room before handling it. 3. Kitchen has a really bad smell specifically the sink and refrigerator 4. I have never used the jacuzzi cuz it is dirty and not clean.
