+ The only good things : the bathroom is nice and functional, the TV works, WiFi works well except in the evening when everyone is connected.

− Overall my worst 'hotel' experience in Moscow. There is no acoustic insulation. Not only will you hear your neighbors, but you will hear the tramway as if it goes inside the living room, the ground shakes when it passes ! Even with earplugs you'll hear it, unless you're deaf. If you're on rooms 1, 2 or 17, 18 you may have a better experience on the noise front, but if I'm not mistaken all the other rooms have the window onto the noisy street. In addition, it's not really a hotel, the owner will refuse to do the registration for a foreigner (as required by law). The quality and choices of the bedding is questionable : pairing a spring mattress with a slatted base both too soft (or too old maybe), and combined with a pillow that's far too firm and too thick is something I had never experienced. It was absolutely terrible and resulted in a torticollis (stiff neck). The pan was worn to the bone.
