− The entrance was very hard to find. We arrived at 11 PM, and it was extremely cold. We couldn’t find the way into our accommodation until a kind Russian person helped us locate the entrance.

+ Location good. Clean.

− Staff not speak english and they never smile. Hostel is very small, capsule are a little cold. Hard to find Hostel in first time.

− Not kind reception. 0 english. Smell of the kitchen was going directly inside the capsule. Place is small, only to go to sleep. Not good wifi. After this bad experience I might never book hostel. Not polite at all

− I Don't Like The Receptionist They Don't Smile And look Like Very Altitude Hype Place Also Hidden on Street Not So Easy To Find There Is No Notice boards To Find And There is Nothing Vibe Like Hostel it's Like Just A Hotel With Capsule Dorm No Entertainment Nothing 😕

− Stuffs could have been more polite towards its customers.Faced rude behaviour twice for no reason.

− This is the worst hotel in the world, the staff is very bad, it is dirty and the space is very small

− i give bad recomends for this place cos the lady at reception is so rude. doesnt knkw how to comunicate with people. always angry for no reason and thinks that she is the teacher and customers are student. plus it was dirty place. first day they gave me bad with dirty sheet (bloody) i showed her and she didnt even appologise and didnt offer to change it. she just said its a paint!!! omg. location and price is good but still i will give low star cos behavor

− The hostel was difficult to find. I wish there was a bigger sign at the entrance.

+ Located on Arbat street. Great location. Affordable and comfortable. Room is big enough to sit up straight without banging your head. Overall cleanliness is maintained everyday. Great place to stay for the weekend.

− For the first it will be hard for u to find until you call and ask no boards or indication so get ur phone fully charge or need to know russian The services is not very good acording to moscow and the old lady who works in the second sgift was a little rude also giving cpmplementry sleepers amd soap is paid here and other are providing free just 200 m away wifi is definatly slow

+ I liked the hostel. Would stay again. + Very reasonable price. + Very good location. + Capsules give you more privacy compared to basic hostels with beds. + Generally helpful staff. They did my registration. + Everywhere is clean. They clean everything in the morning. + There is WiFi, the speed is ok.

− - The slippers they give you are not available all the time, sometimes yours are gone (someone else takes them) and you need to pick up new ones, which are usually dirty and need a good cleaning. This could be organised in a very basic method. - Although there are capsules, you can still hear noises from nearby guests. Footsteps could disturb you as it shakes the capsule. I had no problems with this anyway. - The upper capsules could be difficult for some people to climb. - WiFi sometimes doesn't work.
