+ The hotel was truly amazing! The rooms were clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The location is extremely strategic, surrounded by many fine restaurants, and just about a 10-minute walk to Red Square. I really loved the excellent location and the warm, professional hospitality. All our requests were fulfilled with genuine care. I have never stayed in a hotel with such smooth service and kindness. They make you feel like a truly valued guest. I sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding efforts.

+ Everything was great: location, service, cleanness. The room was equipped with all the necessary things. I arrived at 1am and there were 2 bottles of water, which was very handy. Water was also added the next day. It was quiet despite bars and restaurants with loud music all around. There is a storage room for the luggage, you can leave it upon check out and go for a walk) I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and things only became better 👏

− Only one small comment: I was on the first floor with the windows facing the conference hall and in the morning the laundry was being done and the staff was actively hanging/preparing clothes right near my window

+ Artcourt Hotel was a very good choice. The main advantages were the excellent location in the Terres area with close proximity to fancy restaurants and banks, as well as being close to the Kremlin. The room was clean and of a decent size for the price. The staff were very professional, and I was very happy with the concierge service that helped me book tourist activities at great prices. I will definitely book this hotel again because of the excellent service and great location. Many thanks to the staff Mike and his colleagues for their valuable assistance.

+ Would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone coming to Moscow, the location is perfect it’s surrounded by many restaurants and its around 10-12 min walk to Red Square. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast buffet is delicious and its till 11 am everyday which is amazing! The reception staff talks english and they are welcoming and very helpful on anything you need! We went to Saint Petersburg for couple of days and booked this hotel again when coming back to Moscow till the end of our trip. Thank you ArtCourt!

+ Hotel was very good and reception staff was very helpful hotel cleaned was very nice every day was cleaning. Location of hotel from red square around 12 min walking around hotel many restaurants and coffee shop. One new restaurant in hotel was very nice. Hotel is recommended.

+ Very well situated close to the metro, red square and many restaurants and coffee shops. Extremely comfortable bed Aircon worked but made a big noise. Not the best views of Moscow but the room itself was fantastic, nice and spacious. Well serviced every day. Very polite and helpful staff.

+ Its near a street with a lot of good restaurants, and its located in a central area which is quiet. Front desk staff speaks English well and is helpful.

− The rooms were old, the walk to the metro stations is a bit long. Walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors. This seems to be something you see in all of Russia, as we experienced this in other cities we went to. However, here it's more since there is a door that can connect two rooms. In our room, the window did not face outside, but faced into the conference room. If there is a conference in the morning, you'll definitely know because it will be loud. Other rooms overlooked the front lobby.

− Unfortunately there is no staff to carry bags. Where I had a child, a stroller, and a lot of bags, and that was very tiring. Prestigious hotel lacks this important thing

− Difficult to get to the location by car, breakfast was fine

+ Super central location right in the heart of old Moscow, tons of entertainment around, walking distance to Kremlin. Fast check-in and check-out.

− Rooms facing the inner courtyard have no view and can be noisy.
