+ Location and buffet were good.

− The room was horrible, wall outlets were broken, toilet seat broken, water leaked from shower / bathtub. The bathtub / shower design was horrible. The air conditioner was broken. The staff was rude and unfriendly. I am pretty sure they paid someone to get a 5 star rating, because it was truly a 3 star hotel with fake fluff!

+ the location was perfect the service great ,,staff Mr asef was very very helpfull,, hotel mangment was very professional i changed my booking one day earlier the hotel refunded me for one night,,, everything was perfect

+ The hotel is right in front of the famous Arbat Street, with easy access to two metro stations (the light blue and dark blue lines). We even walked to the Kremlin—it took us about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace, strolling down Arbat Street, passing by the Lenin Library, and arriving right near the Kremlin ticket office in the Alexandrovsky Garden.

− The quality of the breakfast pastries could be improved

− They didn’t say the truth about availability for the gym and the hotel very old

+ Security and mr. Asaem receptionist was very freindly and polite Restaurant staffs were super polite and friendly helpful BREAKFAST was amazing love it and music with it

− Othe staff in reception was unfriendly at all and sometimes rude was high pitch sound Male Concierge i asked him to book for me an activity i payed cash Then when i came next day to collect tickets and money change He said no need to give you change back i will drink coffee with it (excuse me), ؟؟ This behavior is not acceptable from 5 * hotel I was in india many top hotels never this happened and they also keep it in an envelope to prevent you from embarrassment, and that this is your right, do not ask about it House keeping was not good The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to standard Money exchange rate in hotel not good There are many coffee shops and restaurants and metro 10 minutes walking

+ Fantastic view, very comfortable bed, very beautiful lobby with christmas decor All clean and nice

− 1. Uk phone number did not work for wifi. 2. Ventilation in bathroom did not work 3. Room was super hot and ac did not work to minimize the temperature. It was possible to sleep with open window only. 5. Horrible traffic at Smolenstaya station (40 min in traffic jam on the bridge) area. Choose another hotels and avoid this area. 6. We used room service, ordered 2 ham and cheese croissants (550 rub each). Waiter brought 2 of salmon and cucumber which was 850 each. We did not want and did not order those but we agreed for it with the price of 550 like for ham and cheese. Waiter promised to charge 550x2, but final bill was 850x2. Not pleasant cheap lie. Obviously we will never stay there again.

+ The Hotel is old but maintained very well. The In & Out from the Hotel for taxi was smooth.

− The Hotel requires major renovation especially the rooms and beds.

+ Great room, great views, great location, great service. I loved everything about this hotel. Will be coming back.

− The water drainage in the bathroom was bad as it pooled on the floor.However, some of the reception staff are not friendly as when I asked for bottle of water they asked me to go and buy it from the bar even though they have’t bring water to the room!!! Not recommended.

− The bathroom was a nightmare! Especially the bath. The hose isn’t convenient. I think this hotel should be 3 stars not 5! 5 stars is an overkill for this hotel. Staying at Holiday Inn would’ve been a much wiser option than this old hotel. Not recommended at all.

− After hanging up the Do not disturb sign, the waiter still knocked on the door to deliver dessert.The room cleaner seemed to be able to open our door at will.We think this link is very good, but just replace it with a small bag and hang it at the door.The sudden interruption made us feel that we had lost our private space.

+ Excellent breakfast with tasty fresh-made omlett. There was fish also, i love it. The view was fantastic, bed was hard - its really comfortable, the room nice.
