+ good hotel in general, a bit outdated design but very clean, helpful reception staff. Location is 10/10

− we had to pay to use a fridge in our room, which was a bit weird. fridge was used as a mini bar, but if you want to use it as a fridge, hotel will charge you 1000 rub just for removing mini bar items, I always travel with my medication that needs to be cooled and it was my first time to across the situation like that.

+ Hotel location is not far from the tourist attraction, the maximum distance is approximately less than 20km. Reception staff were very helpful & rooms area are big.

− The hotel is old and the furniture is too old, not looks like 5 star rating hotel. The value of money is high.

+ 200 meters far from Mayakovskaya metro station. Could be more fruits, even local seasonable. Different kinds of fish in the morning is an advantage.

+ Location is good, about 10 minutes by car and around 20 by bus to Red Square. There are two metro stations near by, around 2-3 minutes walking.

− We forgot a Thermos and we came one day after and unfortunately they said it’s not found even though we are very sure it was there in the room. They didn’t allow us to check in their lost and missing room where they keep the missing stuff.

+ The hotel's location is close to shops and restaurants, but not close to Red Square. The hotel is very quiet, and there is an Arab person named Amin who is very helpful and helps us as much as possible. There is also a currency exchange office inside the hotel.

− There was one girl in the reception who was rude to the customers, but I do not remember her name. There is no variety in breakfast food

− Front desk coordinators smile rarely and look very serious. Breakfast could be better.

− It is not close to the red square..and In the new year eve, they don’t celebrate in the lobby and don’t give anything special for the residences.. and they make a private party with a very high price..also some of the receptionist not cool with the guests.

The hotel is very excellent - the location - the room is spacious and large - the services are available - they help you with anything you need - the buffet is diverse, large and delicious in a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi and roof, everything is wonderful and it will be my second stay in it ... And I highly recommend it to families and grooms 💐

+ More or less central and easily reachable. Near to a lot of sights. There are cafes and supermarkets, a metro nearby. I only tried lobby tea offering, and that was nice - lovely presentation, tasty cakes (a little pricey for their size though). The staff was polite, though at checkout I had to wait, when the other customer was serviced for 7-10 minutes. I wonder why the second staff member wasn't there at the desk.... The available staff member didn't even acknowledge me or apologize... The bed was 10 out of 10 - fantastic! The pool area was nice too, like saunas.

− My room required refurbishing, I think, it looked like it was 20 years old, though the furniture was good. Especially the bathroom wasn't like 5* hotel....

− They should be keep more option in Veg food in breakfast.
