+ the location of the apartment was not bad almost in the city center.
− this apartment not good for large families, we was 6 people and 1 child the apartment is 2 bedrooms with living room only and 1 bathroom. also the bathroom is old need to be renovate. 1 sofa was broken as well and need to be replaced! the water heater was so dirty we couldn’t use it at all!

− 1. Staff Behavior • Upon my late arrival, I only had one dollar in cash. I requested some time to exchange the money, but the staff member refused and threatened to remove us from the apartment. • This was unacceptable, especially considering that at the time of booking, an amount equivalent to one night’s stay had already been deducted. • When I reported maintenance issues, my concerns were ignored. The following day, I was told it was “not his responsibility” and that I should contact the office. This reflects a lack of teamwork and accountability among the staff. 2. Apartment Misrepresentation and Safety Concerns • The apartment consists of two rooms, a living room, and one bathroom—not three rooms as advertised. • The water tap was installed in reverse, which resulted in my daughter being burned when she opened the cold side. • The water heater was faulty and caused water to spill out. After the heater was replaced, no cleaning was carried out in the bathroom. 3. Insufficient Supplies • For a seven-night booking, only three rolls of toilet tissue were provided, with no replenishment.
