DoubleTree Moscow Arbat Hotel

+ The location of the hotel is very good and near from red square.

− the room was so small

+ Location - 10 -15mins walk to the entrance of kremlin museum. Stores and restaurants within the area. Close to Arbat street where u can find store, restaurant and shops for souvinirs. Easy to find the hotel. Staff - they are all pleasant from the reception to the breakfast staff. I would also like to commend the person in-charge during breakfast. She consistenly checks the quality of the food. Room - was spacious with nice comfy bed and pillows. Toilet - it was a bit small with no door for the shower. And has bidet which is a plus. They provide toiletries ans slippers. Wifi - it was slow but it didnt matter as i have unlimited data on my phone. But would be nice if they can improve the connection. Overall it was nice stay and experience in moscow. The price was high compared to some hotel in the area (there are alot of hotels nearby that are way too cheap but this is my preference) but i enjoyed my stay and thats all that matters. I surely recommend this hotel.

+ - Perfect location near Metro station and many other important places - The room is not so big but it’s cozy and clean, new with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom - Nice and polite staff

− - Not a critical problem, water in the shower pours out.

− seriously i dont recommend anyone to use this hotel, The room is very very small!! Even though we took a suite it was tiny, the service and reception staff are not friendly and they only consider money!! , lift is always off and have issues!! Stay away from this hotel!

+ This was our 2nd room for the kids. Same review. Hotel deserves 5 star for cleanliness, location, value, everything was nice and we will miss the cozy lobby vibes and smell :)

+ Front desk are very helpful especially Rustam and Kirill. We arrived at night but both our rooms were ready on same floor as requested. After 5 nights we extended our stay and were able to stay in the same rooms. Housekeeping does good job cleaning daily. Rooms are stylish and well designed. Really deserves a 5star! We will miss Moscow only because of this hotel which made our stay perfect. Hotel is located few minutes to Arbat shops and restaurants. Very convenient and can even walk further to Red Square.

+ The Hotel is not far from Red Square. Can reach the red square through walking. A lots Several Restaurants close by. It is suitable as stop for one or two days for Visitors The breakfast in general was delicious

+ I like the location and the room, its clean and new. And big thanks for Mr. Hayk in the reception he was helpful and kind, i really appreciated it.

+ location near a lot of restaurants and cafes, 7 min walk to red square, the bed was comfortable, room was clean. I pay through the app it's work and I didn't pay any extra when I checked in.

− The hotel is good. It is located near Arbat Street and there are services around it, but one drawback is that there is no service for delivering food to the rooms, including breakfast or dinner. The stay was good in general, but the hotel needs to add other services as it is 4 stars and belongs to the Hilton group.
