− The cleaning service was disappointing – even in the luxury room, it wasn’t properly cleaned. On the first night after our arrival, there was no water. The spa was out of service. While the entrance to the building looks nice, the hallways leading to the rooms are very poor, old, and in need of renovation. The only real advantage of this hotel is its location.

+ Room and bathroom are five star standard and super clean. Staff were super helpful.

+ Cleanliness and the guy who delivered our diner were the best highlights of our stay.

− Our check-in was delayed over an hour due to a technical issue as the receptionist stated (out of their hands wouldn’t rup it too much) however what bothered me is how ill the contained the situation especially when all the residents were grouped in the dining area in which they offered no compensation (not monetary) nor complimentary. We sat in the dining area for roughly an hour but not one waitress attended to our table although guests who came before and after us were being served.

+ Everything was great, the rooms were spacious and very nice, all the staff were friendly and helpful specially maria as she helped us book train tickets and gave us complimentary late check out. Everything was 10/10.

− There were some constructions on the road which was sometimes annoying but that just temporarily and out of the hotel hands.

− Breakfast is too expensive with the menu provided. Breakfast was under expectation for 5 stars hotel. Little variety. Not gluten free friendly. Normally in 5 stars hotel they always provided gluten free section or if not they will make you something. Here they dont even care even if you cannot eat because of the gluten and dairy allergic. They offer to order alacarte menu with extra pay. Breakfast rate for this hotel is 3500 rubel or if you want to add in the beginning it had discount to be 3000 rubel which was not worth it for the food compare with some other restaurant in russia.

+ The hotel is located within walking distance from banks, metro stations, ATM's, shopping centers, supermarkets, and American fast food franchises. I only have positive comments about the hotels location. My hotel room at the Marriott was amazing and everything you would expect from a 5 start hotel. The bed was comfortable, the decoration of the room itself was very nice. I arrived in Moscow on February 8 so the temperature was about -20 Celsius, the heating worked extremely well as well as the warm (hot water). Great attention to detail was given when it comes to cleanliness. Hotel staff were nice and spoke English. I had no problems communicating with the front desk staff.
