− It is not enough for six people.. as two of my children slept in the kitchen on a sofa that was converted into a bed.. The air conditioner in the main room did not work and we found it very difficult to sleep and rest as we had to open the windows and the noise from the cars was unbelievable.

+ It's situated in the most busy Tverskaya Street and is readily accessible by 3 metro stations. The main attractions Red Square, St Basil's Cathedral, Kremlin are all within short walking distance.

− The two bedrooms are fairly good, just air-conditioner of one of the bedroom doesn't work well (no cold wind comes out) and mattress of the other bedroom sinks when lying on it. The whole place might have a renovation but touch-up seems mainly in the 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen are basically not much touched and look a bit dated. There was water leaking somewhere in the bathtub making the floor wet after shower every time. Door knob of the kitchen comes off. The plastic mat covering kitchen floor looks old. Wifi is slow. Panel of washer only have letters to represents different cycle. A table for explaining those letters would be helpful. Besides, check in instructions could be more clear and detail by providing photos or descriptions of the surroundings for leading guests to the right entrance of the building. Response from customer service is generally quick when using whatsapp. However, there is NO response at all with email. It will be helpful if the company could specify its preferred communication method in confirmation or in hotel listing.
