− First, host is not speak English and leave a WRONG address to me. Then, Host is not waiting us at the apart as confirmed arrived time. you can image how bad it could be when you and your family carried all the luggages stay on the street with very few people can speak English. Finally, I have to ask my freind contact the host who can speak Russian. It took about more than 1 hour to looking for the CORRECT address and get into the apartment by myself because the host did not come. After a long flight and more than one hour to look for the apartment and get in the apartment without any help from host. My family are all exhausted and fall sleep. Then, Host arrived at almost 11PM!!!! I must be honest I did smoke on the balcony (I know I can not smoke inside) which she think the apartment smell smoke. Then, a long and loud talk with my friend on the phone in the living room EVEN everybody is sleep except me. What is more, there is no drink water in the apartment. it is just terrible experience.
