+ There are 2 metro not very far but also not very close.
− The host offers discount for leaving positive review, so be aware of that. The apartment had a terrible smell for which I had to leave the windows open for 2 days. The furniture is all old and probably bought as used, it's very bad. The owner will not register foreigners even though it's required by law. I hope this was mentioned in the rules. When I wanted to extend the stay he changed the price first quoted which put me in a tough spot and had to agree.
