− - the hotel was on the third floor but it was not advertised - the lobby always smelled like the kitchen of the restaurant next door - the rooms were worn out - some lights in the room did not work - it was impossible to sleep with the window open because of the street noise - the breakfast was very very bad

+ Very nice location, and the staff are professional and helpful.

− Some noise coming from street, and my sinuses was blocked any time i go to bed for some reason it might be the bed?

− Not good for families .. there’s Drunk guys at night in the entrance

+ I like the room and service and location of hotel, staff are very supportive for any request. Location is near from all tourism places such as red square and famous restaurant. Its in very active road i recommended for friend or couples or just ladies who want safe place and in middle of city. But need to know that hotel is one floor in building which have 4 floor.

− Beside my previous comments. Some rooms the wifi is slow.. due to being away from the wifi transmitter

+ . Location . Staff . Cleanses. . Location, cleanness and staff will compromise for any negative. . Myself will revisit the hotel.

− . Rooms are smaller compared to other countries. . If you take room with breakfast, you’ll have to have it only in your room, where no place for it. ( on the floor if you manage to) . No proper lobby. . Hotel entrance not clear to taxi drivers.

− room size, difficult to locate and find when arrived.

+ The hotel was surrounded but many restaurants and coffee shops. It’s far around 15 minutes walking distance from the red square and almost 30 minutes from Arbat street. The only problem was the bar under the hotel in the weekends it was too loud for a vey late time. The bed was comfortable, bedding was fine it was changed every couple of days and a daily soft cleaning. The best thing in the bathroom was the bidet sprayer , it was also very clean and it had a basket with almost everything I could remember (eye mask, nail filer, earplugs, sewing kit, pads and tampons, shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste and comb) as well as different types of towels. I just hope they provide robes instead of the towels The hotel was clean only the last few days the lobby and corridors had food smells like fish and other types but everything else was clean

− The noise of the bar as I mentioned and the elevator stopped working before I leave and wasn’t fixed I even had to take my luggage through the stairs by myself they have no employees to take luggage
