+ Everything was good very comfortable

− There was no dental kit in my room ordered on from the reception but it was never brought

+ Despite the term “payment by check in”, the room was only reserved for us until 18.00. The lady at reception prewarned that unless we prepay the room until 18.00, the room might be given to another guest. We were forced to make prepayment via immediate bank transfer already at 11.00 , just to ensure that the hotel keeps our reservation. It no go!!!

+ very cozy but a bit narrow! The reception people are super kind I can speak in Russian a bit so I used russian most but they also can speak well in English too! They keep our luggage if we request about it and the toilet+bathroom very clean! And the cleaning person does cleaning everyday so we can stay clean!

+ The hotel is conveniently located near the Paveletsky railway station. The room was decent. A few problems with the a water leakage in the bathroom. The room was properly cleaned. The staff was very efficient, friendly and results oriented.

+ Check in and check out process is very easy and convenient. Hotel location is nearby the main Paveletskaya train station, very convenient

− It took almost 24 hours to get hotel registration to be completed. No sense of urgency to help for foreign guest to get this process done. Dust on floor is not cleaned everyday, only mopping not vacuum cleaning everyday. Supply of clean towel and bath mat are unreliable in term of quantity and type. Everyday afternoon I have to check which item i will get from the lady and how many pieces would I receive.

+ The service is good. Welcoming. The idea to provide glass jug instead of bottled water is great. I really like the idea.

− Breakfast quality is just so so. I asked for the charge if I want to do 4 hours late stay but the reception said it is not possible because of fully booked. If want confirmed late stay I have to book for 2 nights. I feel there is no care for the guests who are willing to pay for late stay. It reflects that only who can pay more to guarantee for the room.
