− Early morning room service
− Good hotel. Great value for money but rooms are small
+ The Hotel itself and location is a 10 but the staff is 11.
− Nothing and I will come back to the same hotel if ever I come back to Dubai again.
+ Staff were wonderful! The breakfast buffet has everything anyone from any nationality could want. The front desk staff were very helpful and took care of everything we needed right away. The cleaning person even found my necklace pendant that I lost.

− Very good location indeed Very old furniture, cleanliness is not there, absolutely packed even during Corona, no social distancing at all,

+ It was located near many convenient places, such as restaurants and a station.
− The room I stayed in had a dysfunctional AC system, which was uncomfortable in the Dubai summer. The TV was also broken, which meant that I had to go to call the front desk to call a repairman to the room. However, the person at the front desk forgot my room number and I had to call back to ask where the repairman was because they were supposed to be sent up right away. I thought it was unprofessional that they didn't remember the room number and it inconvenienced me. The clothesline was also missing, which made the drying of clothes difficult to do.
