+ Hotel Review I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is located about 18 minutes from Moscow by metro and around an hour by car (depending on traffic). While the distance from the city center may be considered a drawback, it is actually a great choice for those seeking peace, quiet, and a break from the hustle and bustle of Moscow. The staff were excellent—very polite, helpful, and professional. The breakfast area was lovely and offered a pleasant atmosphere. In the surrounding area, you can find halal restaurants, cafés, a small shopping mall, a charming bazaar, as well as beautiful parks, forests, and gardens. Overall, this hotel is ideal for travelers who prefer relaxation and a calm environment rather than the noise and congestion of the city center.

− Internet never worked. It’s hard for Non Russians. Service was not good becoz of language problems. They can’t speak English. AC never worked. I paid for AC but there was technical issues which never resolved. So basically I slept in room which was not cold enough. I was sweating. On top of that the person at reception said it cold months. Weird. You feel liked cheated. I changed my previous hotel to this hotel for same same reasons and in this hotels also same problem. You feel like cheated. They say Towels are hotel property. That’s alright, but sir what about the service for which you have taken money for. you don’t care about it. Come on!!!!!!!

− Parking on money after 30 min and we are having room !!!!

+ Good value for money, great location, close to tube, good size of room.

− The staff at hotel reception should be trained to be friendlier to customers. Restaurant and cleaning personnel are fine. Shower drainage needs cleaning otherwise it will clog soon.

− I booked a room for two nights, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The room was very small and had no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable. The bathroom was also cramped and not convenient at all. Overall, the stay was far from comfortable, and I ended up leaving the next day without completing my two-night reservation.

− Very small room , very small bathroom while taking shower water even come inside room if door not closed properly .. room is the same as shown in pics , twin bed it’s too narrow that u scare may fall down while asleep… receptionist looks rude ..

+ The staff was cooperative. The room was satisfactory.

− The wifi was slow and connects only with a Russian sim card. Had a lot if internet issues.

+ Just the location of it is good

− The service. The receptionist wasn’t polite and she wasn’t even smiling. Also, I found a hair in the towel which means that it wasn’t cleaned properly.

+ •They did the registration process for us. •They booked the taxi for us when taxi in Yandex go was not available. •Cleanliness. •They provided toiletries, towels etc. •Lots of eataries & restaurants around the hotel. •Metro station is nearby.

− •No wifi available without Russian number •No AC, only small table fan is provided (at times it's hot in Moscow)

+ The location is excellent. The bed was comfortable. They offered slipped and a toothbrush.

− There was no air conditioning so it was 28C in the room! There was a small fan but since the window hardly opened for safely reasons, it didn’t not really help. The carpet and the chair were covered in stains, there was a dead bug in the bathroom floor and the bathroom garbage had not been changed.

+ Washroom clean, and overall the room was splendid

− Air conditioning was not working. It felt like a sauna inside.

+ It is nice hotel, staff is very helpful and polite.Good location, nice clean area.I enjoyed my stay.In addition it was easy to book with the app.

− Wi-Fi access only for Russian sim card holder, as a new policy of Russian Government they only give sim card after biometric. So tourists have a problem to get sim card.

+ Hotel is very near to metro station, restaurants and shopping mall. Also, very close to Izmailovo Kremlin. The room is very clean. Bathroom is having a bathing cabinet, and it is very clean as well. Hotel's reception is very clean and very wide. Overall cleanliness is excellent. Fast Check-In and Check-Out process.

− No kettle in the room, but there is hot/cold water dispenser in the hallway. I booked standard double room with 2 twin beds, but I got a double bed. Wi-Fi is working only with Russian SIM Card.

+ Good value close to metro and tram. Close to eatery.Ate breakfast and one dinner on my stay.English speaking staff.Will stay again.

+ This is a first rate hotel with superb staff throughout. For example, really nice and helpful Receptionist People, Really good kitchen staff who make lovely breakfasts and the People who do hygeine work have this Hotel absoluely spotless and everything works and you can have a lovely bath whenever you like. I cannot praise this hotel highly enougth, but to me it is a 5 star hotel and the Hotel are continually updating and improving their facilities and it also has very good and very helpful security staff. All in all, it is a superb hotel, suitable for Couples, families, senior citizens or single young people who would like to enjoy Moscow's Night-Live and Clubs etc. Also it is only 5 minutes walk to a superb and very reasonably priced Public Transport System, that includes the best Metro system in the world, and Trams and Buses also and if you need a Taxi, they are also always available. Plus it is situated a minute walk from an absolutely amazing Public Park where everything is either Free or very reasonably priced and there are some excellent Restaurants within walking distance from the hotel, I rate this hotel at 9/10. This is a first rate hotel with superb staff throughout. + location and house keeping. The location was very well connected with both metro lines and the house keeping was good.

− I could not get meal in the hotel as I had not booked as 'with meal". I went to the second floor Restaurant to eat and pay basis buffet. But they refuse to accept. Very disappointing, even there was no room service for food.

− I had to call 30 times for someone to answer the room service cell phone. The room temperature was very high, even with the window open and the fan on.

− Long queues on arrival, lack of lock in the toilet in standard double bed room.

+ It was safe, clean, reliable

− The Wifi setting instructions in our room was wrong, the reception couldnt provide them until the last day of our staying. The weights in our room were also wrong, and they substituted them again with the wrong ones. Because of it we couldn't correctly weight our luggage and had to do it in the airport. Also we had a cat with us, and in the hotel they couldn't give us any hint where to leave it, except search "in the internet" because it's strictly prohibited in the hotel to keep pets, and "it's a first time someone ever asked for it". So we lost a lot of time finding the right place for our cat.
