Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya Hotel

+ The location itself was excellent as well as the building if the hotel. The lobby is classy and sleek, and their sofas are comfy.

− The receptionist didn’t mention any facilities what are in the hotel: room service, spa and pool. I arrived very late around 21:30pm and used only sauna as the pool was iccupied by a man and his son. The pool itself is too small for this tupe if the hotel. As it was a weekend they had 4 weddings celebrated that eveningg

− Front desk receptionists--two of the girls were bad ,especially to Chinese. First, we checked in until 2 pm although we arrived at 6 am and at last we got our comfortable room after changing with the help of the other good girl! This is the worst experience we have ever had and we are disappointed at Hilton Hotel. Maybe we won't consider about Hilton Hotel when travelling because of the two girls.

+ I was catching an early morning hi-speed train so the location is fantastic as it’s just a stone throw from Leningradskaya. Historic building with lots of stories and beautiful interior.

− I read in review that aircon doesn’t work but I thought it was an isolated incident but it happened to me as well. But the front desk changed the room. The take away breakfast could be improved.

+ A beautiful build. Some road noise but zero noise room to room. The people, the staff completely made this place. Food was good.

− The tours of the building could be a bit much. The gym was not great.

+ As I was planning to take the train next, the location was perfect to avoid any delays reaching the train station.

− The room was hot as the AC was not operational, we thank the hotel for providing a standing fan but that was not enough to provide a comfortable and sleeping environment. It was difficult to sleep.

− My odstrovok booking did not seen hotel system although I had hard copy, this is big problem

+ 5-star breakfast with excellent service Perfect, except for the shampoo and shower gel seals that required a pointed tool to open, quite hilarious for a Hilton. Sealing was impossible to strip off. I used beer bottle taps to perforate it. Likewise, water bottles were quite difficult to open. Staff was marvelous, in my case in particular Fjodor and Anastasia.

+ exellent location, the hotel near metro and train station. there are many different food and most of the food was delicious.Clean room. Nice staff, they speak English very well which makes it easy to communicate.

+ Location near the 3 stations: this was the reason why I booked this hotel.

− This hotel has 2 kind of rooms: for people who booked by Hilton, and other rooms in another place of the hotel for people who booked by travelagencies. The elevator didn't work (even it's the 2nd floor, you don't expect this in a 5 star hotel) and the rooms are really old furnished. They are not bad, but just good for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is good, but also nothing what you can expect in a real Hilton, where I stay sometimes.
