− Given dingy twin room when we booked a double room, which was an attic room, the owner Eva Kremslehner reply to this was rather arrogant and she didn't address any of the problems, I was given the room we booked half way through our stay. Not a 4 star hotel, the room we were initially given was more like a hostel room or 2 star. There are much better hotels for the price, and the breakfast is very limited

− There’re two points,in general,I’d like to pay attention. First of all, the meanness of the hotel owner(or so).It is absolutely unimaginable to have tea/coffee PAID in the room! So to have a coffee machine and quick prepared tea, but with a small unpleasant detail-to pay for. In the worldwide practice in hotels of this level(or pretended level) it is inappropriate to pay for tea/coffee. Instead of having coffee machine it could have been a kettle. In addition,gel,shampoo etc were in special containers,apparently, clients might not steal them. And free procecco at the breakfast) The second disappointing point was very low tables or very high chairs (as you prefer). It was pretty inconvenient to sit and eat.
