− The cooling air condition in the hotel very very very bad. Room is warm and you can't sleep. Need to perfume good maintenance to resolve the issue with air condition system because really hot room

+ location is suberp, train and metro station is near the hotel, mall and coffees available near the hotel, a little bit near to new moscow area and other activities. I recommend this hotel.

− I got some fruits in my room, and i needed a plate and knife. The hotel asked me to pay 200RUB for this service, I was forced to pay in order to get a plate and knife 🤕. usually, a respected hotel doesn't ask for money for such light service. I was annoyed by this behavior.

− Not clean! Stained towel! Unpolite staff! Very bad service! I asked for food from the restaurant and received the answer that they have not enough staff. Thus, no room service!

− Some of the guest were rowdy and drunk, and making noise in two or 3 o’clock in the morning I made a complaint, and it stopped..

− Some guests were rowdy and very loud at 2 o’clock in the morning. I complain to front desk, and I believe it was sorted out. 30 minutes later, but this was only once during my day.

+ Central location, easy to get to any place in the city. 3 metro lines, train station, busses, boats just steps away. Very comfortable clean and warm Sparkling clean room and other areas in the hotel and everywhere in Moscow. Naturally friendly kind and helpful people.

− They took 1000 rubles from me as a guarantee in case if I took anything from the bar in the room, and when I left the room they did not return the money until now, it is very shameful
