+ Excellent location, easy check in process and great view
− During the winter when it is officially heating season in Moscow, the heating system works great and can be adjusted. But when it is not winter, the central heating system is off, and there is no way to warm up the apartment at all since the AC can only be used for cooling. This is a major oversight since Moscow can get quite cold even outside of winter months, i was there in June and at night temperatures can drop to 10 degrees so the apartment gets very cold and there is no way to heat it. If you stay in this apartment outside of heating season i.e. spring and summer, be prepared to spend the nights freezing if you get unlucky and it gets cold outside.
