− Reception staff was not professional. I did not like the service at all.
+ Hotel location is good quiet area and near the Dubai parks and resorts which keeps you away from the city crowd Hotel service was really good the staff gives a proper treatment .
− Hotel was good except the room was abit dusty , I informed the staff and they were good understanding and made sure it won’t happen again .
− The wife was very slow, rest all pretty much good

− Apparently they didnt know your website and made me wait 1.5 hour in reception to confirm booking
+ This s was my second stay at the Rove and as the last one Rove was a great experience. Their hotel is designed for a total fun time. When u r at the rove, there are so many activities to do inside the hotel and around it that you barely get to spend time in your room. This is why their rooms are pretty basic (but with all amenities) and their staff is so friendly and hospitable. We booked it for a staycation of 2 nights and had a great time. Will definetly recommend and go again. Note: I would not recommend this hotel if you plan to stay here and explore Dubai because this facility is almost an hour away from old Dubai areas.
+ Very Clean. Friendly staff. New. Nice decoration. Large pool with activities. A lot of activities.
− Parking is small so you need to park 3-4 minutes drive by car and go to hotel by charter bus which was really annoying. If you want to go to the parks and outlet mall, it is the ideal choice. But if you wanna spend time in Dubai it is kinda far.
