+ Best In Moscow Near City Centre And Really Good Staff And Place All Receptionist Are Nicely Speak English And Amazing People Treated Well Helping Staff Such a Great Hospitality And Experience With Timelapse when i coming back Moscow Russia 🇷🇺 again i definitely stay here ❤️

− The toilet is downstairs and very far from the rooms, which means that if you need the toilet at bedtime, you have to go downstairs to enter the bathroom and return to bed.

+ Location Room cleanliness 24-hour reception

− No air conditioning in rooms even though it was listed that each room has one. Poor ventilation in the kitchen and bathrooms.

− Toilets, Shower rooms are not properly maintained no proper door closure, not clean. Difficult to climb to upper bunk because nothing to hold on. Luggage room was totally cramped and on a basement floor. No functioning lift found

− The facility is not really convenience the room in first follow the bathroom and show room kitchen is basement… the have a lot dormitory room but the toilets for lady only have one and also the shower is with the toilet … the staff’s toilet is unable to use…

+ Location of the hostel is great… just in the centre Clean, cozy hostel Loved the staffs…. One helped me buying latte with her card cuz I didn’t had card but cash which I gave to her & the housekeeping lady helped me to book taxi 😊 Nice stay overall! Coming back again 🫶🤠

+ I stay for 4 day in 2023 all staff is great and supportive. specially the cleaning girl i dont know her name but she is from Uzbeskistan. She is very sweet and helpfull person.

− The room and the bathroom are actually two separate places, and you have to walk through the hall to the basement level to wash, which is really bad. The environment is poor. The most uncomfortable place I've stayed on this trip The reception knew that Russia was now very strict in managing check-in and needed to issue accommodation registration forms to guests, but they did not do so. As a result, I changed accommodations the next day and couldn't check in properly. and wouldn't help the guest with the problem, the attitude was impatient.

+ WiFi speed is perfect! And staff speaks English which really helps me!!

+ The place was incredible! And the staffs were so friendly and nice ! Eric from the reception desk was like a good friend, he was so helpful,definitely gonna come back again !

− All toilets and shower rooms are only in basement which makes it really inconvenient to use them. By the way, the room is a little bit hot when I start to sleep.

+ Convenient location of the hostel in the center of Moscow, 2 minutes walk to the subway, clean and quiet, the staff is polite
