− Because of water situation in our previous booking we decided to leave and booked this apartment on next building for 2 nights. Apartment is neat and clean, and we checked-in. next day we noticed a small crack on one of the chair, we ignored it assuming its already late to inform and hopefully owner knows about it. Next day when we checked out, we were told that we wont receive our deposit because we broke a chair. Its not a huge amount but you already know about owner, so keep this in mind before choosing this property.
