+ I googled the place before go, reviews said the receptionist are bad - but to me they're quit ok compared other local people. I've met Rissians are rude, aggressive, they lie to people because you're stranger and they don't know you. Here the staff is ok, they're just Russian, and you get to know people after time. they're like 8 on marks compared of all Russians in terms of service.

− The girl receptionist is super rude. Don't speak English. She told me not to wait in the reception area is "not for guest'' Told me to ''remove'' my luggage in super rude way. And kick me out, not to wait there with a very bad attitude I mean if you hate tourist why do you work as a receptionist? Bad experience

− lift id having little bit issue like still you have carry to ground floor or in the top floor if you want to keep your luggage for sometime no ac and kitchen is always smell washing machine isnt upto the mark

+ The location is perfect because it is in the city center and walking distance to the Red Square and many more attractions.

− The man at the reception counter was rude to me when I checked in. I don't know if it was because it was late at night (10 PM) when I checked in, but he seemed visibly irritated when I asked simple questions and made me feel like I was a burden to him. It was my first night of stay in Moscow and I felt that I wasn't welcome.

− Horrible, everything is just horrible. Dirty, kitchens, showers, toilets, bedrooms, all filthy and in a state of complete discrepancy. Shaky bunks, cramped dorm, you literally can't move and I'm a tiny woman. Lumpy pillow, undersized sheets, no towels, no water pressure in the showers and not even proper separate showers, all together. Only permanent residents, not one single tourist, the place stinks, nobody looks after it, everything's rundown and depressing. Don't stay, it'll just make you feel worthless

+ Staff are friendly and speak pretty good English. Lots of room to move around. Great location in the center of Moscow. Free use of the washing machines. Two desktop computers that are free to use.

− Bathrooms can be slightly dirty sometimes. Limited hot water for showers and water pressure sometimes cuts out for a minute or so.

− Located at a shady area on 4th floor, don’t go on reviews. No one speaks Russian here. Hostel staff is very rude and shady people living in hostel. Please do not go in this hostel

− So the male room has 14 beds almost all full. 4 guys snoring completely loud so sleeping was impossible. Also not good ventilation so the room would get very hot, very dry and very suffocating at about 4am. It’s a good hostel with terrible sleep.

− Although we said that we will arrive late, agreed to self-checkin. The guy on desk decided to wait for us and our flight got delayed so we arrived late (3am)and he was grumpy and rude. Didn't know English either. So it was hard to communicate. Beds weren't clean. There was strong food smell every night in the hostel.

+ The receptionist is a tall and handsome guy, and his service is quite good. The room is of a suitable size and in a great location—just a ten-minute walk to Red Square and five minutes to GUM Department Store. The two beds in the room are very large, enough to accommodate four people.

− there is no trash bin in the room, except for one in the bathroom, which is not very convenient. Additionally, after staying for several days, no one came to empty the bathroom trash. The sink in the bathroom is a bit dirty and could use some improvement. Other aspects are just barely acceptable.

+ Oh my god i can’t say enough good things about this hostel. Ive traveled a lot (europe, east asia, asia, americas) and have stayed in many hostels before but this is definitely one of the best if not the best. The location is 10/10 it’s 10 mins walk to the red square and the lively part of moscow CBD. The reception is amazing they’re so friendly, accomodating and no hint of rudeness/arrogance/annoyance like you would experience in other European countries. They speak good English too. The rooms are so spacious with good ventilation. The bed has individual plugs, slippers, light, towel and curtains for privacy. There are lockers too (use ur own lock). It has an elevator but to go to the admin you still need to climb a short stair. The toilet and shower rooms are spacious with good hot water. They even provide free mashing machine and dryer! The kitchen is massive and well equipped and attached to the common room with a huge tv for everyone to hang out in and eat and mingle. Such a nice experience. Would stay here again for my next trip. Can’t wait.

+ The kremlin red square was 1.5 km from the hostel Bed was comfortable. It was a family room so 5 people could sleep there. There was AC. Tv and wifi Very clean Staff was very polite, and helpful
