+ The location
− The smell of the bathroom and the noise and the smoking smell from out side
+ The hotel is convenient to the centre area of moscow city,as well as the train station. Clean and comfy hotel in a city.the perfect place from which to explore moscow. The staff was very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

− -Mattress cover was dirty -There was trash under the bad -I was located in ground floor, it is summer and there is no AC in the room, I had to keep the window open, there was a table and seat in front of the window, people were loudly talking and smoking, odor was coming to the room from window. Do not get a room on the ground floor

− Dirty rooms; poor quality beds and linens; shabby cushions; uninterested staffs; drainage in the shower area wasn't working;

− There was always a smell of a cook on the ground floor and also in the room there was a bad smell from the bathroom, as for the price it is expensive compared to all this
+ the location was amazing. there were many pubs and cafes around as well as supermarkets. very close to red square only 10 mins of walking. shout out to the lady who was in charge. my flight was very late so she opened breakfast area for me in the evening so I could wait and rest. thank you 🙏

+ The location is great, walk to red square like 20mins.
− This hotel is in the alley around by other buildings and the hotel name on maps is different with the name of the hotel confirmation. It’s so hard for us to find the hotel when our first day got there and not familiar with the RU maps, like spend more than 2 hours to find it.

− If you have a lot of clothes and things, be prepared that you will not have enough space to put your things, clothes, I would recommend adding more hangers at least
+ Perfect location in a center of Moscow Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Super clean room Staff were super nice and friendly when I checked in, made sure I was setup with a free WiFi. Will definitely stay again next time.
