+ Modern and clean hotel.

− The bathroom was not sealed good(glass door), after the shower the water came out to the room

+ Close to metro bridge Room was Clean and big House keeping was good

− Extra 10 dirhum charge for each per per stay

+ The cleaning staff Shahzeb and nishahb was excellent.. they actually made our day by their their nice behaviour.. Thurein at the reception was also superb at giving service..

− It is very bad. Breakfast service is very bad, No much choice, no much variety. Mostly bread, egg and lots of salad.

+ Literally on the airport shuttle ride was less than 5 mins. Yes the hotel was very clean. Great value for the price.

− Normally I don't tend to give bad reviews. And I know that a lot of people have complained about the check in service. BUT I MUST SAY, THE CHECK IN AT RECEPTION IS PATHETIC. IT IS VERY VERY SLOW AND THEY TEND NOT TO GIVE THE ROOM THAT YOU HAVE BOOKED. AND IT SEEMS THEY DONT BOTHER ABOUT THIS. Some thing is fishy for sure. We travelled as a family (with a baby). So I made sure that I have a room booked well in advance. We reached also before the check in time. We reached the hotel at 12.15 for the check in time of 2 pm. We were told that the check in is at 2 pm and we will have to wait, which is fine. So we completed the documentation formalities. The check in started at 2 pm, with our number was 2nd in the line, the first guy took 45 minutes to complete the check in (god knows why as they were searching for room for him still). We had been offered a different room which we denied. It took them 25 min to finish our check in procedure simply because they had to give the room with the configuration that we had booked (king size bed). We could enter our room only at 3.15 pm. In general all the people I saw were suffering due to very very slow check in procedure despite the online booking. Our expectations after this were so low that we did not complain anything else.

+ 5 minutes from Dubai international airport, ideally situated. Room was good for a stop over it had everything you need, fridge, tv and Wi-Fi.

− The only thing was it had a faint smell of someone had been smoking in the room!! Other than that it was ideal for our needs 👌

+ Always whenever I am booking in the hotel, staffs were all courteous. Cleanliness is perfect even in the parking, it is maintained. Wifi is also fast. Needs only a free disposable slipper and free pool :)

+ Room is neat, Good breakfast

− - It was showing in gallery photo contains swimming pool, unfortunately, it was not included within the same hotel, as an extra charges are required to access the pool. - Couch pillows were dirty

+ Bed was comfortable, not hard or too soft, just right, nice comfortable duvet, decent sized room, very modern, open space, interesting one door system that can be used for bathroom and great shower. Tea/coffee w kettle is provided. Overall very clean room, special mention to Aradhaya at reception who’s super warm and welcoming Very clean Aradhya is great, warm and very helpful member of staff at the hotel. Very kind and considerate as well.

− The reception area can get very very crowded without any social distance at place. Sometimes there’s one receptionist dealing with many guests at same time.

+ The hotel is within a few minutes walk of a metro station, linking you to all Dubai. It's 2.5km from the airport. The rooms are very clean. There is a safe in the room. The rooms are large by Dubai standards. There are security cameras throughout the hotel and doormen in the lobby. The staff are very friendly and polite. Just one issue though. The receptionists are overwhelmed with work. At one time it took 80 minutes queueing to speak to the receptionist.

− Breakfast service was very slow and we have to ask many time for each thing as the waiter doesn’t write the order just listen to many tables and bring what he remembered.

+ Great hotel, fantastic, efficient customer service. Great location, 5 mins walk from metro. Brilliant for the price paid- would stay here again!
