+ The location is good, not very near to the red square if that is your interest. But it was very close to a metro station and metro in Moscow can get you anywhere you want very easily. The hotel staff are very responsive once you call and ask for something.
− The standard room is very small. I received the room clean but I stayed in the hotel for 11 nights after the 5th day the cleaning was not as expected and we did complain about it, yet they didn’t solve the issue. Rest is ok

+ Very good hotel but I rate it less than continental , I stayed here one night as continental didn't have availability . Room was smaller , bathroom was smaller but rest similar with good service and quality

+ Very clean rooms and great communication with the reception desk.
− Everything is great, but unfortunately the coffee at the bar downstairs is terrible. They should change their coffee beans and learn to make the Moscow standard coffee if they position themselves as a 5-star hotel.
