+ Most of all we liked the location: right next to the metro station Shabolovskaya, just 10 minutes ride to the city centre.
− Forma Hostel has very good reviews. However, we truly cannot understand why, because of the many failures we experienced here. The worst was the level of toilet and bathroom cleanliness (not mentioning the cheap overused equipment): brown stains everywhere, toilet paper not refilled, mess created by the other guests stayed untouched for days. Staff also was not interested in maintaining some order in the bathroom: guests washed their clothing in the tiny sinks and flooded the floor. Apart from that it was extremely noisy. In the rooms it is asked not to be noisy after 10 pm. Yet the noise from the corridor lasted long after midnight. A cherry on top: the staff was generally unfriendly and hardly acknowledged the presence of the guest.
