+ Room is spacious. Wifi works good. Breakfast is fine. Price is affordable.
− Check-in process took quite some times, unfortunately. Receptionist doesn’t speak English :( Service could be better on check-in.
+ Very clean Especially their English-speaking receptionists are amazing, very helpful, very professional, very friendly. But their second floor restaurant staffs were rude, lazy, not professional, even I still didn't finish eating she came and asked me to pay the bills. if without asking them they don't even offer you napkins when you eat at their restaurant. Food was horrible, they even Don't understand how to make tiramisu in a proper way. So Don't go to their second floor restaurants, everything will be great.
− There's a restaurant on the second floor, the food is not good at all , mostly the people working at the restaurant were rude, weird, lazy and not professional at all. It seems they hate customers, they hate their jobs, they hating explaining to you. But if you don't use the restaurants, the hotel is super great, the English-speaking receptionists are very helpful and smiley welcoming and professional. The guards there are also very polite and friendly, the room service is great. Put it simply, the hotel in general is excellent if you don't go to their second floor restaurant.
