+ Staff were fantastic. Tara in Club and Angelo at breakfast were the two we i terated with most. However all staff from every sector were happy and helpfull making our stay more memorable
− We like everything so hard to pin point one issue
− the hotel structure is very good, but the services are terrible. We stayed for five days and in none of them room service did its job. Every day we had to go to the reception to request the service and wait a long time!! In the last day they went to do the service with the two of us in the room and only took a bath towel to change, they had to bring another one and nothing!!
