+ Best location on the Palm Island! Great variety of everything, especially fruit and veggies and seafood The rooms are modern, stylish, clean and very spacious. As it was my mother’s birthday, we got a complimentary upgrade to Penthouse which was unbelievable. We would like to thank all the hotel team and especially Raviz for making our stay so special! The hotel and the rooms are very clean. Room service was provided 3 times a day. The services were all fabulous and the staff were very friendly, helpful and always there for us. Just marvelous!
− Everything was amazing! Just could be a bit cheaper so we could stay even longer but as it was a public holiday, there’s nothing we could do. Thank you very much for everything!!!

− Cleanliness of room, not changed sheets in 6 nights, left things on floor, the bathroom chair in the accessible Room is very dangerous and not suitable for a disabled person, high process of f&b
