− Everything else. The receptionist was rude, the lift had an unpleasant smell. The small was not cleaned, the blankets were dirty.

+ Close to public transport (direct line to Red Square). Nice and clean rooms and common areas. Great breakfast buffet. 24 hours coffee shop. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores close by.
− Overcrowded restaurant at breakfast during rush hour. You can go a little bit later so avoid the crowds but at peak time is overwhelming.
+ The room is very clean, there is a kettle, but the location of the socket is too confusing. There are many restaurants downstairs and a subway station.
− Emmmmm, I couldn't find the order at the front desk, so my mother waited there for a long time. cold and slow service

− The Room I stayed Is facing the freeway and rail. You would expect quite time only from mid night.
