− They didn’t clean dishes while cleaning room also not providing tea and coffee asking you have to buy it Reception should respect more

− No Suites have Bad smells,not the same as the picture,reservation desk employees not helpful,they gave me less than what I paid,not recommending this hotel to anyone at all. Bad,you will feel your are living in 1 star motel not 4 stars hotel Nothing

+ Good clean and roomy, just avoid rooms near elevator as they tend to bang loud when they close
− There's no bellman service, or maybe he didn't approach us. nobody offered to help with baggage on checkin, and we had to call multiple times for help on checkout.
