+ We arrived at 2 am and we got room easily. In fact we got free upgrade. The guy at reception is really helpful and tried his best to help me out.
− The other guy at reception with beard could be nicer to guests. He wasn’t rude, but could do better.
+ Location is very convenient, walkable distance to Baumanskaya Metro station, supermarkets nearby, nice neighborhood to walk around. Very clean Very kind and helpful staff, I sincerely thanks to the reception staff , they were super kind and helpful.
