+ The worst , nightmare vacation trip

− It’s big scam by the way , you’d find yourself inside trash , it’s not apart hotel , as they present their selves in website, but just appartments, with neighbors , making noises any time, I arrived at 20 pm , I was hearing drill , neighbor making repairs , the building under constructions , not yet finish , it’s not recommended for someone who wants to spend vacation. They even not took time to mention that . And the receptionist is by WhatsApp, contactless, it’s written in the confirmation after booking, so if you check before , you wouldn’t know about it. They refused to talk in English , imagine with my luggage I was looking for someone to talk in Russian with receptionist by WhatsApp, it’s unrespectful toward tourists foreigners, It’s the worst , they asked to pay 3000 rubles , and it wasn’t mentioned, other respectful hotel, they wrote with condition of payment.
