− I have paid booking in advance for Superior Double room with view. Unfortunately, administrator checked me IN in a Standard room which is twice cheaper in price and it’s located at -1 level. No view or whatsoever. Even when I told that’s not what I paid for, administrator purposely refused to change my room. And lied to Ostrovok team that they upgraded me on the next day once they knew I have complained. Nobody from HomeHotel team even tried to contact me. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place unless you are okay with dishonesty of administration. Also note, this isn’t a hotel. Those are rooms that are located at -1 and at the ground floor level at a regular Russian house building. Another comment, no welcome gesture like small bottle of water would be awaiting you. Lol. And even if you say heating system isn’t working.. Administrator will not do anything. And no daily cleaning.
