+ Walking distance from MS.. Accessible location. Sanitized/ clean room and comfy bed. All areas were clean. Hotel staff’s are friendly and accommodating.
+ Great location beside a mall and bus transportation and taxi station everything you want or need is in the hotel the pool and the gym is brand new and costumer service is highly recommended especially Mr. ADNAN. I would probably stay in Avani Ibn batota again Meal service is good with excellent verity for breakfast The hotel is clean and room service is excellent but the fridge cooling is bad and the toilet flushing is weak Clean just need to work on the flushing system They're very helpful

− cleanliness. we have found cockroach 🪳 in the room.Also linens, Comforters and cover sheet smell shit and they were not able to change them as they claimed they have issue with laundry services. we couldn't sleep because of the sheets bad smell. Breakfast has limited varieties, and not full the whole Breakfast timing. if you reach 15 minutes before closing you will not fine food. worst experience ever.
