+ absolutely nothing!
− such a bad hotel, with the rudest staff i came across in my 19000km journey across Russia. they were very arrogant, unhelpful, patronising. the room looked absolutely nothing like it did in the photos, it smelt of sewage, and the bed was disgusting! the lifts stopped working or had a mind of their own. and took you too the wrong floors all the time. it said at the time off booking "rooms will be cleaned and sheets changed each 3 days of stay" I was there for 9 nights, and my sheets or room was not cleaned once, I asked the miserable cow at reception if she could arrange sheets to be changed. she told me "guests are meant to do it themselves" disgusting attitude, disgusting hotel. I wouldn't even let my worst enemies dog sleep here!

− Do not stay in this hotel!!😡😤 There's absolutely nothing good to say about this hotel, just a nightmare! 1) The photos of rooms are not in any way the actual quality/ appearance of rooms. We saw 3 different rooms and not one was normal. They gave us the wrong room - it's not comfort quadruple junior suite!! We booked a big room with sofa, kitchenwares, comfortable bed, etc. - but not one was real. And so they offered 2 other rooms to choose from and they were even worse. 2) The receptionists are not professional, so rude and not helpful at all. You wouldn't like to communicate with them. 3) A lot of things (listed in the inclusions) are either not in the room or broken. 4) The lift is so noisy, enough to be heard in rooms + some other noise like the doors which close with such strange sounds. 5) The rooms have an unpleasant smell. We had to buy a spray to solve this. 6) Also, the registration were given only when we checked out- useless! And this is despite the everyday follow up. A lot of stress really. The price finally isn't reasonable for the quality of rooms, service, etc. Find something else instead of this hotel!!
