+ Great location (for my activities, but this might be different for anyone). Spacious room. Great reaction by the contact lady (Darya) as there was a technical problem with the shower. Quickly solved !!
− Poor support by the contact lady Aliya. Keeping asking for some money when it was already paid. Not checking their record before hassling customers. Not professional. But's this is only a detail, which might not always happen ... hopefully.
